Public Notice - Notification of draft Land Management Plan For Ravenswood Ambulance Building on Lot 23 on GS834

The Charters Towers Regional Council as Trustee for Lot 23 on GS834 provides this Public Notice given in accordance with the Land Act 1994 for a draft Land Management Plan.

The draft Land Management Plan (in its current form) seeks to utilise the Ravenswood Ambulance Building for Medical Consulting rooms to provide health care to residents and tourists visiting the Ravenswood region. The outcome of the draft Land Management Plan will be the formalisation of a community health facility.

The draft Land Management Plan is available for review online or can be provided via email or Australia Post upon request by calling Council on (07) 4761 5300 or emailing mail@charterstowers.qld.gov.au. The draft Land Management Plan will be available for comment on and from Thursday 23 April 2020 until Friday 15 May 2020 whereby all submissions will be considered by Council Officers prior to the document being lodged with the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy for final review and registration.
