Council advises that works are scheduled to be undertaken tomorrow (Wednesday, 19 July 2023) to improve access to the covered tables on Towers Hill and make them accessible to everyone.
The proposed works include the removal of some rock and widening pathways to the tables, requiring the area to be cordoned off to the public.
It is anticipated that work will be completed within the day, however it will be dependent on rock removal.
Council appreciates the public's understanding and patience during this time and notes that the boardwalk and viewing platform will still be open for use.
