Phones Currently Not Working

Council is currently experiencing technical issues with the phone system and is asking for the community's patience and understanding.

Whilst we would normally ask customers to leave a message, unfortunately this is not an option as, although the phones are ringing, there is no sound.

Staff are currently talking to our service provider in an attempt to have the issue rectified as soon as possible.

Should the matter be urgent, please send an email to mail@charterstowers.qld.gov.au or drop into Council's Administration Centre on Mosman Street.

Council acknowledges the inconvenience this may cause to customers and thanks the community for their patience.
