WATER UPDATE - LEVEL 0 WATER RESTRICTIONS

**As at Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 11:30am**

Charters Towers residents and members of the business community are advised that Council has relaxed water restrictions to Level 0.

Level 0 Water Restrictions:

No sprinklers or fixed irrigation systems can be used on Mondays.

No sprinklers can be used between 8am and 4pm on the odds and evens system.

Odd numbered residences/premises have been allocated Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as watering days.

Even numbered residences/premises have been allocated Wednesday, Friday and Sunday as watering days.

Attended hand-held hoses can be used at any time.

Paved areas no restrictions.
