Be sure to join an event that has captivated the community for a decade, leading competitors to abseil heritage buildings, construct food masterpieces, paddle the mighty Burdekin River, complete puzzles, and face various challenges. Don't miss out on this thrilling celebration!

Form a team of 2-5 friends, family members, or workmates and collect points by completing challenges around Charters Towers. At the end of the race, the team with the most points will win in one of five categories.

Teams can navigate the town on foot or by car. You will receive a map, a clue sheet, and an app to download just before the start of the event. The challenges focus more on having fun than being physical. For example, you might participate in "minute to win it" games, solve puzzles, or tackle a math problem.

Some checkpoints also unlock multiple challenges worth extra points. Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the race unless arranged with the event organiser beforehand (e.g., school teams).
