Public Auction of Impounded Vehicles Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995
The following impounded vehicles and any goods, equipment or thing contained in, on or about the vehicle will be offered for sale by public auction unless the owner thereof or a person acting on the owner’s behalf, or a person claiming a right to possession thereof has sooner obtained possession of the vehicle.
Any person claiming a vehicle may, prior to the auction, collect the vehicle subject to payment of expenses and providing acceptable proof of ownership or right of possession.

The auction will be conducted online Monday, 27 October 2025 - Thursday, 30 October 2025.
The vehicles will be sold unregistered and in their current condition. Council offers no warranties and accepts no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles. Purchasers are to be aware that vehicle keys are generally not available.
