The Don Roderick Gallery is a volunteer-run community art gallery located in the historic Assay Room at the rear of the Stock Exchange Arcade on Mosman Street, Charters Towers. Showcasing a diverse range of artwork created by local artists from across the Charters Towers Shire, the gallery features paintings, pottery, stained glass, woodwork and handcrafted pieces. Open from Easter through to the end of September, seven days a week from 9:30am to 2:00pm, the gallery offers visitors the opportunity to experience and support local creativity within a unique heritage setting. New artists, volunteers and community members are always welcome to get involved.
