Invitation For Tenders - Sale of Vacant Land

Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders for the sale of vacant land located at 162 Titley Road, Breddan.

There are three lots in total being offered for sale as one package. Total land area is approximately 777 Ha.

Tender documentation may be obtained here or by emailing tenders@charterstowers.qld.gov.au.

Tenders must be lodged either electronically through VendorPanel or by placing them in the tender box located at:

Council’s Administration Centre

12 Mosman Street, Charters Towers

by 2:00pm Friday, 30 January 2026.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.

The Council's representative for this tender is the Executive Manager Corporate and Community Building who can be contacted on 4761 5300.

Site inspections can be arranged until COB Tuesday, 23 December, and again between Monday, 12 January and COB Friday, 23 January 2026, by contacting Council’s Environmental Services Coordinator on 4761 5300.

Please note that Council offices are closed on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and reopening Monday, 5 January 2026.
