Members of the community are welcome to attend Council's monthly General Meetings. Council acknowledges the importance of its community understanding how and why decisions are made within Council. These decisions affect you, therefore you are encouraged to attend a Council meeting to observe the process. A guide to attending a Council meeting can be found here.
Meeting Agendas will be available online approximately 48 hours prior to each meeting and can be found on the Current Minutes & Agendas page.
Unconfirmed Meeting Minutes will be available on Council's website no later than 10 days following the Meeting.
