Notice of work at Cenotaph

Council will be commencing work on the Cenotaph in Gill Street in the next couple of weeks to prepare the area for the unveiling of two monuments commemorating the Anzac Centenary on 25 April 2015.

There will be barricading erected around the site during this time and the community is asked to exercise caution when driving in this area of Gill Street.

Council thanks residents for their patience during this time and looks forward to a large community presence on Saturday, 25 April 2015 to commemorate this important event.
