Business Development Workshop

Charters Towers Regional Council, in cooperation with Charters Towers Chamber of Commerce and Mines and the Townsville Business Development Centre (TBDC), are hosting a Business Development Workshop on Tuesday 24 March, 2015.

Key topics will include:

  • Update from the Charters Towers Chamber of Commerce and Mines
  • NQ Regional business confidence and growth parameters
  • New Programs for regional small and medium businesses
  • TBDC business-oriented services
  • How to achieve consistency in provision of an excellent customer service

Sharyn Brown, CEO of Townsville Business Development Centre (TBDC) will provide the Keynote Address.

TBDC is a not-for-profit business advisory service offering access to affordable professional business support. Established in 1995, the Centre delivers workshops, training and on-on-one appointments to people in business looking to start up, expand, develop or grow. It also operates the only business incubator in the region.
