Whether you're a new committee member of an experienced committee executive, this FREE workshop develops your leadership skills and increases your knowledge on a variety of club management issues.  A strong committee is the key to an effective club.

This workshop is suitable for all committee types, not just sport and recreation.

  • Learn about committee recruitment and induction processes
  • Get the latest on legal compliance, financial monitoring and other topics
